Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIMES Standard Shipping: Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing and shipment. Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday seasons, processing times may extend to 1-2 weeks. Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Processing times remain the same, but transit times may be shorter depending on the selected service.

CARRIERS We ship using UPS and FedEx for all domestic and international orders. Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

DESTINATIONS We ship to all addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). We also offer international shipping; however, international orders are not eligible for returns.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS Some items in an order may be shipped separately depending on availability, warehouse location, or item type. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS We ship large auto parts via freight carriers. Customers must inspect freight shipments upon delivery before signing. If damage is found, it must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery to file a claim.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES If a package is marked as "Delivered" but has not been received, customers should check with neighbors and their local delivery office first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS or FedEx) in such cases.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees on international orders. All international sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If the order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to request modifications or cancellations. Address changes for UPS shipments that are already in transit may be subject to a $15 rerouting fee per package. USPS shipments cannot be modified once shipped. International orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
