All Legendary Concepts products are proudly made in the USA and ship directly from our facility. Orders are typically shipped via our designated logistics partners. If you prefer to use your own carrier or shipping account, please contact us before ordering to make arrangements.
All shipments are fully insured. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours so we can assist you with the carrier claim process.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt with prior approval. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and shipped freight prepaid and insured. A 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns. To start a return, contact our team for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending any items.

• Individual components: 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
  Our warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion and does not apply to products that have been modified, improperly installed, or used outside of their intended purpose.
