Commissioned by Wilson Yu — a passionate collector who first discovered us through our Bandit Truck at Barrett-Jackson — this 1927 Chevrolet Speedster underwent a full frame-off restoration and one-of-a-kind customization. Originally finished in red and black, we reimagined the color scheme in striking black and gold, channeling the attitude of the iconic Bandit Trans-Am.
This build carefully preserves the raw, open-wheel character of the original Prohibition-era race car while blending in the aggressive styling and rebellious flair that defines the Bandit legacy. It’s a fusion of vintage speed and cinematic swagger — a machine that respects the past while rewriting the rules.
